Shipping policy
We work with a variety of suppliers, artists and manufacturers to source and manufacture our products. Having said that, processing and delivery times vary by product.
Some products are produced and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party supplier and fulfiller. Processing and shipping times above include Printful production where applicable.
Processing Time (time to prepare your order for shipping):
In general, you can expect an order processing time of between 1-7 business days (most orders are processed at the low end of that period - 1-3 business days).
Shipping Time (time of arrival once shipped):
Shipping generally follows the same time frame as processing - 1-7 business days (most orders are shipped at the low end of that period - 1-3 business days).
So, in other words, in most cases you will receive your order within 14 business days, with most orders arriving much sooner - generally 3-7 business days.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address that you provided with your order.
- Orders may be sent in multiple packages to help reduce overall shipping time.
- With few exceptions, most products are shipped from U.S. fulfillment centers. In some rare cases, if a product is out of stock at the U.S. facility, it may be shipped from a location outside of the U.S.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 5 p.m. PST (Monday through Thursday) will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. PST on a Friday may not begin processing until the following Monday (excluding holidays).
